Position:
He currently directs Food 4 Future Expofoodtech, a new platform to discover the latest innovations and trends that are driving the transformation of the food industry such as: 4.0 technologies, concern for healthy eating, sustainable and efficient food production, or the fight against climate change.
Since 2017 he has been an academic collaborator in ESADE’s Department of Operations, Innovation and Data Sciences, where he is co-head professor of the Advanced Manufacturing and Logistics course.
