Economist and master’s degree, in International Economy, 55 years old. General-Manager of CENTIMFE (1997), general-manager of the EUROPEAN TOOLING PLATFORM (2008), and of POOL-NET/Cluster E&T (2019). Invited Professor at Politécnico de Leiria (2019). He is member of the board – PORTUGAL Clusters, member of the Strategic Committee for the Portuguese INDUSTRY 4.0 Platform (Portugal), and Member of the MANUFUTURE HIGH LEVEL GROUP.
